Global Emergency Response – Patient Tracking App & HC Directory Web

Trailhead created HC Directory to help GER track its deployments, and the HC Mobile app to capture patient information in the field, and transmit it to the backend whenever a connection is available.

Project Background

Global Emergency Response, Inc. offers emergency preparedness and response software solutions, specifically designed for healthcare providers, first responders, and emergency management. Their HC Standard® software suite empowers organizations to efficiently track and manage resources, ensuring timely decision-making during critical events, and creating a common operating picture for effective communication and coordination.

GER wanted to migrate their applications to a containerized microservice architecture and add capabilities for industry-standard federated authentication and single sign-on. They also needed a new mobile applcation to record patients’ medical information in the field during an emergency, even in offline scenarios. Trailhead was able to help GER with both projects.

HC DIRETORY

Trailhead created the HC Directory application to help track and manage GER’s deployments of its HC application across clients. The application was built using a microservices architecture, which has become the blueprint for all new system architecture in the HC ecosystem.

HC MOBILE

Trailhead helped GER build HC Mobile as a cross-platform mobile app used to capture patient and medical information in the field during an emergency and securely store and transmit it to the back-end whenever a data connection is available. Trailhead also integrated the HC Mobile app with the new HC Directory service and authentication infrastructure.

Montage Portal

Montage Furniture Services provides furniture protection plans and claims processing services to a wide selection of furniture retailers and consumers.

Project Background

Montage was looking to build a new web portal for both Retailers and Consumers, which would integrate with Dynamics CRM and other legacy systems. The portal needed to be multi tenant and support branding and configuration for different Retailers.
